We are extremely proud of the hair extensions we offer and remarkably low return rate.
However, we understand there may be a case where you wish to return or exchanges your purchase and we are more than happy to accommodate. We will accept unopened hair extensions and will provide a credit toward another hair extension product or equal value or more. Due to hygiene polices, we will not accept opened or tampered packages.
Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs. Hey Gorgeous will not be responsible for lost returns.
Please return your unopened hair extensions no later than 7 days from the date you received the order. For example, if you receive your order on the first day you must return your order postmarked before the eighth day. Late returns will not receive a credit.

Due to COVID all hair extension, wigs and eyelash products cannot be returned under any circumstances.
